About these terms

These terms apply when you use coolmutt.au or buy from Coolmutt. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. We try to keep product information and prices accurate. If we make a mistake with a price, we'll contact you before your order ships and you can choose to cancel. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product becomes unavailable; if we do, you'll get a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify's secure checkout.

Shipping and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and refunds by our Refund policy, both on this site.

Using the product

The mat is a cool-touch fabric mat, not a medical or veterinary product. If your dog shows signs of heat stress, contact a vet. Supervise dogs that chew.

Content

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Coolmutt and can't be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Victoria.
