Coolmutt is an Australian online store selling dog cooling mats at coolmutt.au. You can contact us at support@coolmutt.au.

- Details you give us when you order: name, email, phone (if given), delivery and billing address.
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay). We never see or store your full card number.
- Your email address if you sign up for our emails.
- Basic information about how you use our site (pages viewed, device and browser), collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order, and to contact you about it.
- To handle refunds, returns and questions.
- To send marketing emails, only if you've signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site working and improve it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the store: Shopify (our store platform), our payment providers, our fulfilment partner and delivery carriers (to send your order), and our order-tracking and email tools. We don't sell your personal information.
