Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping Australia-wide

Every order ships free, with tracking, to any address in Australia.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days. Your mat is sent from our fulfilment partner, and the final leg is delivered by Australia Post.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check it any time on our Track your order page (coolmutt.au/pages/track). The first tracking scan can take a day or two to appear after your order ships.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Australia only.

Delays and missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email support@coolmutt.au with your order number and we'll chase it for you. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll try to fix it before your order ships.
